Shorted is removable by skills such as Cleric's Clarity. If Shorted is not removed, skills that grant charge bar will have reduced or no effect. Amira's Power Within will still reduce an enemy's mode bar, but Shorted allies will not gain charge bar. Mystic's Splitting Spirit will still drain HP but Gran/Djeeta will not gain charge bar. Seofon's Cuore Di Leone will miss when he consumes 3 stacks of Swordshine.
