Illy (イリィ) is a character in Monster Girl Doctor. Illy is a harpy with light green eyes, auburn-red hair and feathers alike. Her legs are long and end in talons. She is rather thin, wearing a navy top and extremely short cut off jeans. Her arms are also her wings, which have a gradient of red-grey-black.
