He will provide lots of advice and starter quests for new players to get a feel for how the game works. Kitsu also offers longest dialog in the game. He will also provide players with a long-term quest, which is to craft the Dragon Blade. Once the player has crafted the Dragon Blade, Kitsu will appear again at the player's Settlement
