A strange, violent, brutal creature in the video game Silent Hill 2, Pyramid Head serves as a mental manifestation of the guilt and anger bottled up inside the main protagonist James Sunderland. The pyramid shaped helmet he wears appears to cause him pain, and he never utters a word except for moans and grunts.
