21-Kelly Rowland: Diet programs 80/20
Kelly Rowland was a full member of Destiny’s Child group and regularly attended repetitions. However, after separation and childbirth, she chose to follow rigorous training and diet programs 80/20. The latter specifies that individual must consume 80% of healthy food and 20% of his or her preferences. With this diet programs, Kelly Rowland lost 31 kilos without having to undergo cosmetic surgery.
